Ingredients

  • 2 cups Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, mix applesauce, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, lemon juice, and vanilla.
  2. Let sit for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chia seeds gel.
  3. Transfer mixture to reusable squeeze pouches or small ziplock bags.
  4. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  5. Freeze for up to 3 months (thaw before use).
