Ingredients

  • 4 large Rice cakes Plain or lightly salted.
  • 4 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 large Apple Thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup Optional drizzle.

Steps

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon almond butter on each rice cake.
  2. Arrange apple slices on top of each rice cake.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Top with hemp hearts.
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap tightly for transport.
  7. Best consumed within 2-3 hours of preparation.
