Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes
Ingredients
- 4 large Rice cakes Plain or lightly salted.
- 4 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 large Apple Thinly sliced.
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup Optional drizzle.
Steps
- Spread 1 tablespoon almond butter on each rice cake.
- Arrange apple slices on top of each rice cake.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Top with hemp hearts.
- Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
- Serve immediately or wrap tightly for transport.
- Best consumed within 2-3 hours of preparation.
