Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats Blended into flour.
- 1 large Banana Mashed.
- 1/2 cup Plant-based milk Almond or oat milk preferred.
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil For cooking.
Steps
- Blend oats into a flour-like consistency.
- Mix mashed banana, plant-based milk, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Stir in oat flour and baking powder until combined.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter into skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
