Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats Blended into flour.
  • 1 large Banana Mashed.
  • 1/2 cup Plant-based milk Almond or oat milk preferred.
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil For cooking.

Steps

  1. Blend oats into a flour-like consistency.
  2. Mix mashed banana, plant-based milk, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  3. Stir in oat flour and baking powder until combined.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter into skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
