Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced.
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream Whipped.
  • 2 tbsp Sliced almonds For topping.

Steps

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick.
  3. Whip coconut cream until fluffy.
  4. Layer chia pudding, berries, and whipped coconut cream in glasses.
  5. Top with sliced almonds.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  7. Omega-3 rich dessert great for recovery.
