Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk As needed.

Steps

  1. Add all frozen berries to food processor.
  2. Add protein powder, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Process for 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.
  4. Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time only if needed to blend.
  5. Continue processing until smooth and creamy.
  6. Serve immediately as soft-serve consistency.
  7. Or freeze in container for firmer sorbet.
  8. Antioxidant-rich recovery dessert.
