Berry Protein Sorbet
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Frozen raspberries
- 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Almond milk As needed.
Steps
- Add all frozen berries to food processor.
- Add protein powder, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
- Process for 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.
- Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time only if needed to blend.
- Continue processing until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately as soft-serve consistency.
- Or freeze in container for firmer sorbet.
- Antioxidant-rich recovery dessert.
