Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) Black beans Drained and rinsed.
  • 8 Corn tortillas Soft tortillas preferred.
  • 1 Avocado Ripe and mashed.
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • To taste Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Mash avocado with lime juice, garlic powder, and salt to create the crema.
  2. Heat black beans with cumin, salt, and pepper in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet.
  4. Assemble tacos by adding black beans and topping with avocado crema and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately.
