Ingredients

  • 2 large Frozen bananas
  • 1 cup Frozen mango
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder
  • 3 tbsp Almond butter
  • 3 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more almond milk if too thick.
  4. Pour into a large glass or shaker bottle.
  5. Consume within 30 minutes of workout for optimal recovery.
