Champion Recovery Shake
Ingredients
- 2 large Frozen bananas
- 1 cup Frozen mango
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder
- 3 tbsp Almond butter
- 3 tbsp Hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup Fresh spinach
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add more almond milk if too thick.
- Pour into a large glass or shaker bottle.
- Consume within 30 minutes of workout for optimal recovery.
