Chia Pudding Parfait
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 2 cups Coconut milk Full-fat for creamier texture.
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced.
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup Granola
- 1/4 cup Sliced almonds For topping.
Steps
- In a large bowl, whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, give the chia pudding a good stir.
- In serving glasses or jars, layer chia pudding, berries, and granola.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full.
- Top with sliced almonds.
- Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
