Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpea flour Also known as gram flour.
  • 1 cup Water For batter consistency.
  • 1 cup Spinach Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms Sliced.
  • 1 medium Tomato Diced.
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Optional for flavor.
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric For color.

Steps

  1. Whisk chickpea flour, water, turmeric, and garlic powder into a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a skillet and cook mushrooms and spinach until soft.
  3. Pour batter into the skillet and top with tomatoes.
  4. Cook until edges firm up, then flip and cook another minute.
  5. Serve warm.
