Chickpea Omelet Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea flour Also known as gram flour.
- 1 cup Water For batter consistency.
- 1 cup Spinach Chopped.
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms Sliced.
- 1 medium Tomato Diced.
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Optional for flavor.
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric For color.
Steps
- Whisk chickpea flour, water, turmeric, and garlic powder into a smooth batter.
- Heat a skillet and cook mushrooms and spinach until soft.
- Pour batter into the skillet and top with tomatoes.
- Cook until edges firm up, then flip and cook another minute.
- Serve warm.
