Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 large Avocados Ripe.
- 1/2 cup Cacao powder
- 1/3 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Salt
- 1/4 cup Coconut cream Whipped for topping.
- 2 tbsp Cacao nibs For garnish.
Steps
- Blend avocados, cacao powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
- Scrape down sides and blend again if needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Divide into 4 serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Top with whipped coconut cream and cacao nibs before serving.
- Rich in healthy fats and antioxidants for recovery.
