Ingredients

  • 2 large Avocados Ripe.
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut cream Whipped for topping.
  • 2 tbsp Cacao nibs For garnish.

Steps

  1. Blend avocados, cacao powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth.
  2. Scrape down sides and blend again if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Divide into 4 serving dishes.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  6. Top with whipped coconut cream and cacao nibs before serving.
  7. Rich in healthy fats and antioxidants for recovery.
