Chocolate Protein Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 large Frozen bananas Sliced and frozen.
- 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Chocolate flavor.
- 3 tbsp Cacao powder
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips Vegan, for topping.
Steps
- Add frozen banana slices to food processor or high-speed blender.
- Add protein powder, cacao powder, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately as soft-serve consistency.
- Or freeze for 2 hours for firmer ice cream.
- Top with chocolate chips.
- Perfect protein-rich dessert after workouts.
