Ingredients

  • 2 medium Ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Drink 45-60 minutes before workout.
  5. Easy to digest and provides quick energy.
  6. The oats provide sustained release carbs while banana gives immediate energy.
