Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green tea Brewed and chilled.
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt Adds electrolytes.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional for sweetness.

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pitcher until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
