Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup (100g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla or chocolate.
  • 3/4 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan.
  • 3 tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, and flax meal.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, warm peanut butter and maple syrup for 30 seconds.
  4. Add almond milk and vanilla to peanut butter mixture.
  5. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  9. Cut into 12 bars and wrap individually.
  10. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
