Mango Coconut Recovery Popsicles
Ingredients
- 3 cups Frozen mango
- 1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk Full-fat.
- 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 cup Coconut flakes Optional for texture.
Steps
- Blend mango, coconut milk, protein powder, maple syrup, and lime juice until smooth.
- Stir in coconut flakes if using.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- To remove, run mold under warm water for 10 seconds.
- Perfect refreshing recovery treat for hot days.
- Stores in freezer for up to 3 months.
