Ingredients

  • 3 cups Frozen mango
  • 1 can (14 oz) Coconut milk Full-fat.
  • 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes Optional for texture.

Steps

  1. Blend mango, coconut milk, protein powder, maple syrup, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Stir in coconut flakes if using.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. To remove, run mold under warm water for 10 seconds.
  7. Perfect refreshing recovery treat for hot days.
  8. Stores in freezer for up to 3 months.
