No-Bake Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Medjool dates Pitted.
- 1 cup Raw almonds
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Salt
Steps
- Add almonds to food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Add dates, oats, almond butter, chia seeds, cacao powder, vanilla, and salt.
- Process until mixture holds together when pressed.
- Roll into 16 balls using about 2 tablespoons of mixture each.
- Roll in extra cacao powder or shredded coconut if desired.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Perfect for pre-workout fuel or quick snacks.
