Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Medjool dates Pitted.
  • 1 cup Raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Salt

Steps

  1. Add almonds to food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add dates, oats, almond butter, chia seeds, cacao powder, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Process until mixture holds together when pressed.
  4. Roll into 16 balls using about 2 tablespoons of mixture each.
  5. Roll in extra cacao powder or shredded coconut if desired.
  6. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  7. Perfect for pre-workout fuel or quick snacks.
