Ingredients

  • 16 large Medjool dates Pitted.
  • 1/3 cup Almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan, melted.
  • pinch Flaky sea salt For topping.
  • 2 tbsp Sliced almonds For topping.

Steps

  1. Make a slit in each date if not already pitted.
  2. Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon almond butter.
  3. Press date closed around the filling.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between.
  5. Dip the top of each stuffed date in melted chocolate.
  6. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt and sliced almonds.
  7. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate sets.
  8. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  9. Perfect for pre-workout energy or sweet cravings.
