Nut Butter Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- 16 large Medjool dates Pitted.
- 1/3 cup Almond butter
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan, melted.
- pinch Flaky sea salt For topping.
- 2 tbsp Sliced almonds For topping.
Steps
- Make a slit in each date if not already pitted.
- Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon almond butter.
- Press date closed around the filling.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between.
- Dip the top of each stuffed date in melted chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt and sliced almonds.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate sets.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Perfect for pre-workout energy or sweet cravings.
