Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup Plant-based milk Almond or oat milk preferred.
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
- 1/2 cup Berries Fresh or frozen.
Steps
- Combine oats, chia seeds, plant-based milk, and maple syrup in a jar.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with berries before serving.
