Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dark chocolate chips Vegan.
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup Natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (25g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Steps

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Melt chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon melted chocolate into each liner and tilt to coat sides.
  4. Freeze for 10 minutes until set.
  5. Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, remaining coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  6. Spoon peanut butter mixture on top of chocolate layer.
  7. Cover with remaining melted chocolate.
  8. Freeze for 30 minutes until completely set.
  9. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freezer for 3 months.
