PB Chocolate Recovery Cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups Dark chocolate chips Vegan.
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 3/4 cup Natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (25g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Steps
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon melted chocolate into each liner and tilt to coat sides.
- Freeze for 10 minutes until set.
- Mix peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, remaining coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Spoon peanut butter mixture on top of chocolate layer.
- Cover with remaining melted chocolate.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until completely set.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freezer for 3 months.
