Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medjool dates Pitted.
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Salt

Steps

  1. Add dates to food processor and pulse until broken down.
  2. Add oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Process until mixture holds together when pressed.
  4. Roll into 12 small balls.
  5. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
  6. Eat 2-3 bites 30-60 minutes before workout.
  7. Provides quick energy without being too heavy.
  8. Keeps for up to 2 weeks refrigerated.
