Pre-Workout Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup Medjool dates Pitted.
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 3 tbsp Almond butter
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Salt
Steps
- Add dates to food processor and pulse until broken down.
- Add oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Process until mixture holds together when pressed.
- Roll into 12 small balls.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- Eat 2-3 bites 30-60 minutes before workout.
- Provides quick energy without being too heavy.
- Keeps for up to 2 weeks refrigerated.
