Quinoa Breakfast Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quinoa Rinsed and drained.
- 2 cups Almond milk Unsweetened preferred.
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup For sweetness.
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Optional for flavor.
- 1/4 cup Chopped nuts Optional for topping.
- 1/2 cup Fresh berries For garnish.
Steps
- Rinse quinoa under cold water.
- Combine quinoa, almond milk, and cinnamon in a pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in maple syrup and fluff with a fork.
- Serve topped with nuts and berries.
