Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa Rinsed and drained.
  • 2 cups Almond milk Unsweetened preferred.
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup For sweetness.
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Optional for flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts Optional for topping.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh berries For garnish.

Steps

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. Combine quinoa, almond milk, and cinnamon in a pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Stir in maple syrup and fluff with a fork.
  5. Serve topped with nuts and berries.
