Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) Black beans Drained and rinsed.
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Vegan protein powder Chocolate flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil Melted.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan.

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend black beans, protein powder, cacao powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly fudgy.
  6. Cool completely in pan before cutting into 9 squares.
  7. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
  8. High protein dessert perfect for recovery.
