Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) Firm tofu Drained and crumbled.
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric For color and flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen.
  • 1 medium Bell pepper Chopped.
  • 1/2 medium Onion Diced.
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast Optional for cheesy flavor.
  • 2 Whole-grain tortillas For wrapping.

Steps

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté onions and peppers until soft.
  2. Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.
  3. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Spoon mixture into tortillas, wrap tightly, and serve warm.
