Savory Tofu Scramble Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) Firm tofu Drained and crumbled.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric For color and flavor.
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder Adjust to taste.
- 1 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen.
- 1 medium Bell pepper Chopped.
- 1/2 medium Onion Diced.
- 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast Optional for cheesy flavor.
- 2 Whole-grain tortillas For wrapping.
Steps
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté onions and peppers until soft.
- Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.
- Stir and cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Spoon mixture into tortillas, wrap tightly, and serve warm.
