Seed and Nut Crackers
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup Ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Dried rosemary Crushed.
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all seeds, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Add water and stir well. Let sit for 15 minutes to gel.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread mixture thinly and evenly on parchment (about 1/8 inch thick).
- Score into cracker squares with a knife.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are golden and crackers are crispy.
- Turn off oven and leave crackers inside for 30 more minutes to dry completely.
- Break along scored lines when cool.
- Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
