Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary Crushed.

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all seeds, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  3. Add water and stir well. Let sit for 15 minutes to gel.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spread mixture thinly and evenly on parchment (about 1/8 inch thick).
  6. Score into cracker squares with a knife.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are golden and crackers are crispy.
  8. Turn off oven and leave crackers inside for 30 more minutes to dry completely.
  9. Break along scored lines when cool.
  10. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
