Stuffed Bell Peppers with Rice and Beans

Ingredients
- 4 Bell peppers Cut in half and deseeded.
- 1 cup Brown rice Cooked.
- 1 can (15 oz) Black beans Drained and rinsed.
- 1/2 cup Corn Fresh or frozen.
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin
- To taste Salt and pepper
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Mix rice, beans, corn, tomato sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Fill bell pepper halves with mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
