Sweet Potato Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 medium Sweet potatoes Roasted and mashed.
- 1 can (15 oz) Chickpeas Drained and rinsed.
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats Blended into a coarse flour.
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil For frying.
Steps
- Mash chickpeas in a large bowl.
- Add mashed sweet potatoes, oats, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Form into patties and chill for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve with burger buns or lettuce wraps.
