Trail Mix Power Blend
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw almonds
- 1 cup Raw cashews
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup Dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Dried apricots Chopped.
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan.
- 1/2 cup Coconut flakes Unsweetened.
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine all nuts and seeds.
- Add all dried fruits and coconut flakes.
- Mix in chocolate chips last to prevent melting.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Divide into 10 portable containers or bags (about 1/2 cup each).
- Store in airtight containers at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
- Perfect for hiking, traveling, or keeping in your gym bag.
