Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw almonds
  • 1 cup Raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Dried apricots Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan.
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes Unsweetened.

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine all nuts and seeds.
  2. Add all dried fruits and coconut flakes.
  3. Mix in chocolate chips last to prevent melting.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Divide into 10 portable containers or bags (about 1/2 cup each).
  6. Store in airtight containers at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
  7. Perfect for hiking, traveling, or keeping in your gym bag.
