Ingredients

  • 2 cups Granola
  • 1/2 cup Raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Medjool dates Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan.
  • 2 tbsp Cacao nibs

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine granola, all nuts, and all seeds.
  2. Add dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and cacao nibs.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Divide into 4 portions for snacking or meal replacement.
  5. Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
  6. Can be eaten as is or with plant-based milk.
