Ultimate Trail Mix Energy Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups Granola
- 1/2 cup Raw almonds
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Raw cashews
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Medjool dates Chopped.
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Vegan.
- 2 tbsp Cacao nibs
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine granola, all nuts, and all seeds.
- Add dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and cacao nibs.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide into 4 portions for snacking or meal replacement.
- Store in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks.
- Can be eaten as is or with plant-based milk.
