Vanilla Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- pinch Salt
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced for topping.
Steps
- In a saucepan, whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cornstarch, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, for 5-7 minutes until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and continue whisking for 1 minute.
- Pour into 4 serving dishes.
- Cover with plastic wrap touching the surface to prevent skin from forming.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
- Simple, protein-rich dessert.
