Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced for topping.

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cornstarch, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, for 5-7 minutes until mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and continue whisking for 1 minute.
  4. Pour into 4 serving dishes.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap touching the surface to prevent skin from forming.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
  8. Simple, protein-rich dessert.
