Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 2 large Ripe bananas Mashed.
  • 1.5 cups Almond milk
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil For cooking.
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup For serving.
  • 1 Banana Sliced for topping.

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with almond milk and vanilla.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a griddle or large pan over medium heat and brush with coconut oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook 2 more minutes.
  7. Stack pancakes on plates.
  8. Top with sliced banana and drizzle with maple syrup.
  9. Serve warm immediately after workout.
