Banana Pancake Protein Stack
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup (50g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
- 2 large Ripe bananas Mashed.
- 1.5 cups Almond milk
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil For cooking.
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup For serving.
- 1 Banana Sliced for topping.
Steps
- In a large bowl, mix flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with almond milk and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a griddle or large pan over medium heat and brush with coconut oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook 2 more minutes.
- Stack pancakes on plates.
- Top with sliced banana and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Serve warm immediately after workout.
