Berry Protein Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 scoop (25g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
- 1.5 cups Almond milk
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced.
- 2 tbsp Sliced almonds For topping.
Steps
- In a large bowl or container, mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir well to ensure protein powder is fully incorporated.
- Fold in half of the berries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the oats.
- Top with remaining fresh berries and sliced almonds.
- Can be eaten cold or warmed gently.
- Perfect for post-morning-workout recovery.
