Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (25g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 1.5 cups Almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced.
  • 2 tbsp Sliced almonds For topping.

Steps

  1. In a large bowl or container, mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  2. Stir well to ensure protein powder is fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in half of the berries.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats.
  6. Top with remaining fresh berries and sliced almonds.
  7. Can be eaten cold or warmed gently.
  8. Perfect for post-morning-workout recovery.
