Ingredients
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla Use gluten-free if needed.
- 1/2 cup Black beans Rinsed and drained.
- 1/2 Avocado Sliced.
- 1/4 cup Spinach Fresh.
- 2 tbsp Salsa For flavor.
Steps
- Spread black beans on the tortilla.
- Layer with avocado slices, spinach, and salsa.
- Roll tightly and slice in half to serve.
