Chocolate Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 large Frozen banana
- 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Chocolate flavor.
- 1 cup Fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Cacao powder
- 1.5 cups Almond milk
- 2 Medjool dates Pitted.
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
Steps
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Add more almond milk if too thick.
- Pour into a large glass.
- Consume within 30-45 minutes post-workout for optimal recovery.
- Provides 3:1 carb to protein ratio ideal for recovery.
