Ingredients

  • 2 large Frozen banana
  • 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder Chocolate flavor.
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 1.5 cups Almond milk
  • 2 Medjool dates Pitted.
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more almond milk if too thick.
  4. Pour into a large glass.
  5. Consume within 30-45 minutes post-workout for optimal recovery.
  6. Provides 3:1 carb to protein ratio ideal for recovery.
