Coconut Date Bites
Ingredients
- 10 Medjool dates Pitted.
- 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut Unsweetened.
- 1/4 cup Rolled oats Gluten-free if needed.
- 2 tbsp Almond butter Creamy.
Steps
- Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add coconut, oats, and almond butter and blend until combined.
- Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
