Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates Pitted.
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut Unsweetened.
  • 1/4 cup Rolled oats Gluten-free if needed.
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter Creamy.

Steps

  1. Blend dates in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add coconut, oats, and almond butter and blend until combined.
  3. Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
