Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fresh spinach Packed.
  • 1/2 medium Avocado
  • 1 large Frozen banana
  • 1 cup Frozen mango
  • 1 scoop (25g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 1.5 cups Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 inch piece Fresh ginger Peeled.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add more almond milk if too thick.
  4. Pour into a large glass.
  5. Drink immediately for maximum nutrient absorption.
