Hemp Seed Protein Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 large Frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup Hemp hearts Divided.
- 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder
- 2 cups Fresh spinach
- 3 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries For topping.
- 1/4 cup Granola For topping.
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds For topping.
- 2 tbsp Sliced almonds For topping.
Steps
- Add frozen bananas, 1/4 cup hemp hearts, protein powder, spinach, almond butter, and almond milk to blender.
- Blend on high until thick and creamy, using tamper if needed.
- Add more almond milk only if necessary for blending.
- Pour into two bowls.
- Top with remaining hemp hearts, blueberries, granola, chia seeds, and sliced almonds.
- Serve immediately with a spoon.
- Perfect post-workout or breakfast meal.
