Ingredients

  • 3 large Frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup Hemp hearts Divided.
  • 2 scoops (50g) Vegan protein powder
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 3 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Fresh blueberries For topping.
  • 1/4 cup Granola For topping.
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds For topping.
  • 2 tbsp Sliced almonds For topping.

Steps

  1. Add frozen bananas, 1/4 cup hemp hearts, protein powder, spinach, almond butter, and almond milk to blender.
  2. Blend on high until thick and creamy, using tamper if needed.
  3. Add more almond milk only if necessary for blending.
  4. Pour into two bowls.
  5. Top with remaining hemp hearts, blueberries, granola, chia seeds, and sliced almonds.
  6. Serve immediately with a spoon.
  7. Perfect post-workout or breakfast meal.
