Ingredients

  • 2 large Whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 tbsp Natural peanut butter
  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon

Steps

  1. Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter on each tortilla.
  3. Place a whole banana in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup.
  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon.
  6. Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
  7. Slice in half diagonally.
  8. Serve immediately for quick post-workout fuel.
  9. Can be eaten on the go.
