Peanut Butter Banana Wrap
Ingredients
- 2 large Whole wheat tortillas
- 4 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 2 medium Bananas
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
Steps
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter on each tortilla.
- Place a whole banana in the center of each tortilla.
- Drizzle with maple syrup.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon.
- Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
- Slice in half diagonally.
- Serve immediately for quick post-workout fuel.
- Can be eaten on the go.
