Tropical Recovery Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups Frozen mango
- 1 cup Frozen pineapple
- 1 large Frozen banana
- 1 scoop (25g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Coconut flakes For topping.
- 1/4 cup Granola For topping.
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds For topping.
- 1 Kiwi Sliced for topping.
Steps
- Add frozen mango, pineapple, banana, protein powder, and coconut milk to blender.
- Blend on high until thick and smooth, using tamper if needed.
- Add more coconut milk only if necessary for blending.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with coconut flakes, granola, chia seeds, and kiwi slices.
- Serve immediately with a spoon.
- Perfect for post-workout on hot days.
