Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen mango
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1 large Frozen banana
  • 1 scoop (25g) Vegan protein powder Vanilla flavor.
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Coconut flakes For topping.
  • 1/4 cup Granola For topping.
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds For topping.
  • 1 Kiwi Sliced for topping.

Steps

  1. Add frozen mango, pineapple, banana, protein powder, and coconut milk to blender.
  2. Blend on high until thick and smooth, using tamper if needed.
  3. Add more coconut milk only if necessary for blending.
  4. Pour into a bowl.
  5. Top with coconut flakes, granola, chia seeds, and kiwi slices.
  6. Serve immediately with a spoon.
  7. Perfect for post-workout on hot days.
